These candidates have responded to A.L.A.N.'s animal issues interview or otherwise have a record of support for animal issues, and we believe they will be inclined to vote for, or sponsor, key animal legislation.
Feel
free to help these candidates directly, with donations, volunteer work,
canvassing, etc and make your animal-related views known. We believe they
will be animal-friendly legislators and administrators. If you want your
support to be combined as part of the ALANPAC legislative agenda (in the hope
that, "in union there is strength"), please contact ALAN to
coordinate. Thanks!

Notes
on the 45th District primary. Because the 45th District is safe Democratic, the 6 June 2006 Primary Election will be the critical election for Christine. A discussion of the 43rd District race. Because the 43rd District is safe Democratic, the 6 June 2006 Primary Election will be the critical election for Paul.
Barry's website. Because the 41st District is safe Democratic, the 6 June 2006 Primary Election will be the critical election for Barry. Barry is a committed animal supporter! Audra is the incumbent in AD37 and has sponsored animal-friendly legislation such as AB820 for captive wild animal treatment, handling and transport. Lloyd has been a consistent advocate for animals. He is the incumbent in district AD40. Mark has shown in his responses to the ALAN questionnaire that he understands animal issues.
